WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• To take pride in carrying the company value of man-made approach and mindfulness
• To lead, motivate and empower professional sales force to grow with the business
• To share with the client your knowledge on the art of the fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection
• To compound perfumes, labelling and boxing the product
• To achieve the sales goal of the boutique fostering the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences
• To share monthly reports & sales analysis to Brand Manager
• To monitor stock level & execute monthly stock take following brand’s policies and respecting timelines
• Setting customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• To up-keeping the maintenance of the boutique with brand aesthetics
• To address and successfully resolve client situations according to company philosophy and escalate to corporate level for specific request
• To build a long-term relationship with the clients rather than “one-shot”
• To ensure a full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed, ready to get “your hands dirty”
