Responsibilities:

• Provide professional general insurance service to customers
• Answer customer enquiries and provide one stop service
• Negotiate terms with clients and prepare quotations
• Provide quality post-sales services to product features
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding premium
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer problems
• Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by team leader
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Banking and financial services
• 5 years' account servicing experience in general insurance
• Good service attitude & outgoing personality
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Immediate available is much preferred

Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior officer
