Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Handle customer enquiries and respond with a fast and proactive manner
• Arrange regular customer visits to understand and improve customer experience on Cloud and grow their cloud adoption
• Sending out payment reminders to assure customer ontime payments

Basic Qualifications:

• Passionate in Cloud technology, especially in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Customercentric, responsive, ownership and detail-minded
• Proficient in Cantonese and English (Written and spoken), and MS Office
• 0 – 3 years of working experiences, preferably in customer service, account management area
