Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of sales executive 
• Coach and develop individual team member according to the Company's direction
• Strengthen or train up team member core sales skill set  
• Develop individual sales training plan
• Achieve company sale's target

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in business management or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ working experience in sales or business development
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and energetic
• Able to work under pressure
• Property agents experience is definitely an advantage
