Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Promote full range of luxury properties to clients and investors
  • Maintaining a consistent professional relationship with current and prospective clients
  • Tap on existing network/database of potential clients to generate more property sales
  • Organize site visit tour with clients to our project site
  • Conduct market research and analysis on property market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in business related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in real estate sales & marketing especially properties sales in Great Bay Area, PRC
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, English is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
  • Frequent travel or station in PRC
