Responsibilities:

• Be the team leader of a sales team specializing in serving the Food Service and Fine Dining channel on sales of a range of frozen and chilled food products.
• Supervise and guide the sales team throughout the various sales and marketing initiatives
• Monitor food service & fine dining channel and product enhancement activities
• Negotiate with external parties on trading terms and conditions in professional manner
• Establish stable connection with current and potential customers while cultivate positive business relationship to foster mutual benefits
• Conduct market research and analysis on current business trends
• Advocate sound business plan, business reviews to strengthen sales performance 

Requirement:

• University degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Catering or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years’ sales experience in food trading or catering industry,of which at least 3-4 years in supervisory level;
• Proactive, creative and innovative with strong dedication to result;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
