Job Scope:

• Perform sales track administration duties for PRC retail business
• Consolidate weekly reports for PRC retail market submitted by PRC Sales Team and prepare Monthly Sales Analysis
• Assist in cross checking Sales Forecast submitted by PRC Sales & Marketing Team and liaise with Supply Chain on supply issues
• Support and coordinate in-market promotion activities for PRC retail sector and facilitating actual market execution
• Responsible to coordinate, prepare and issue standard Distribution Agreement for PRC market and keep proper filing record
• Assist in cross checking supporting documents for Trade Marketing Execution in accordance to Reimbursement Control Procedure
• Assist in managing New Business project and related execution and development.
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 3 years or above work experience, preferably in sales operations/FMCG experiences
• Exposure in PRC retail market will be an advantage
• Travel to PRC is required
• Good analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
