Job Description
To cope with our expansion, we would like to invite application for the post of Recruitment Team Head / Director, focusing on the IT or Banking and Finance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants
- Oversee and execute the search and selection process for the IT / Banking and Finance sector
- Maintain existing client business relationship, identify and develop new clients
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree hold with Sales & Marketing / Human Resources / IT / Business
- Experience in Recruitment would be an advantage BUT not essential
- Knowledge in IT industry / Banking & Finance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
