Responsibilities:

1. Developing and expanding channel partners and establishing good relationship with customers for promoting company’s immigration consultancy services, including US EB-5, overseas properties and popular European countries/regions immigration projects;

2. Fully grasp customers’ needs, communicate and interact with customers, discover the potential needs of customers by assessing the profiles (professional training will be provided);

3. Assist current customers to prepare full set of immigration materials in order to fulfill customers’ needs;

4. Customer maintenance: maintain existing customers and maintain good cooperative relations, establish customer information and conduct secondary sales development;

5. Provide professional consultation for immigration and execute sales plan;

6. Assist in planning and organizing customer events;

7. Other work related to sales.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above;

2. High enthusiasm for sales work, willing to accept challenges;

3. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and willing to listen to customers;

4. Responsible, cheerful personality and teamwork ability are preferred;

5. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

6. With related working experience (above 2 years) are preferred.

入職要求：

1. 專上學院或以上程度；

2. 熱愛銷售工作，願意接受挑戰；

3. 擁有良好的人際溝通能力，擅長表達及聆聽客戶需求；

4. 責任心強、性格開朗、擁有良好團隊合作能力優先；

5. 良好中英文語言能力（包括普通話）；

6. 具兩年或以上銷售工作經驗者優先。
