• Driving the quality of key services and deliverables required in agreement, addressing any adjustments of service level, providing value-added solutions to satisfy customer requirements where necessary.
• Supporting existing customers with a professional manner in order to achieve projected sales growth
• Assisting the senior management with the latest market intelligence, trends and new products to formulate business plans and strategies
• Assists team on incoming sales orders, quotations and administrative document;
• Assists team on product development process, price negotiations and follow up on samples;
• To provide clerical support to the team;
• To co-ordinate the product development and sourcing with factories;
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers  and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
• Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
• Perform other ad hoc duties

To be a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Outgoing and positive personality, can-do attitude and curious & proactive mindset
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines from a recognized university
• At least 1 year of professional experience in similar roles (Sales, account executive, business development and marketing), less experience will be considered as Account Executive
• Solid experience in skincare industry, account management, business development, customer servicing are preferable
• Keen sense of aesthetic and details and familiarity with design skill & software are definite advantage
• Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in both verbal & written English and Chinese
• Occasional Travel is needed
