• Prepare & deliver exciting, modern and comprehensive training programs  that provide true impact & changes to the participants
• Prepare evaluation and assessment tools to measure the success of the training
• Follow up and ensure the tactical and operational goals are effectively implemented
• Follow up and ensure that the strategic goals are implemented
  according to calendar
• Organize, coordinate and manage the training calendar with the related parties
• Help to design and develop tools that best serve the needs of our participants / programs

Profile

• Min. of 6 years-experience in developing & implementing training programs in classroom, field coaching / training, with at least 2 years of experience in giving training directly in mainland China.  Those with less experience will be considered as Trainer.
• Experience from professional & systematic retail training experience is a must
• Fully versed & experienced in conducting skills training sessions in fluent Putonghua independently, including but not limited to communication, presentation, problem solving, team building, selling & management
• Proficient at creating facilitators and trainees’ guides & tools
• Passionate, committed to & enjoy helping people
• Excellent communication skills in Putonghua
• Willing to spend extensive time and/or based in China.
• Details oriented, organized with strong discipline & able to meet deadlines with top quality of work
