RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development of strategic focus of the new department
• Assist in the creation and establishment of a comprehensive Customer Experience across all Business Units
• Assist in the formulation and execution of Customer Journey Strategy, vision and process road-map with different parties
• Assist in the development and integration of the digital solutions into business operations and to ensure high standard user experience
• Act as supporting assistant and provide executive support for the Customer Journey section of the Customer Experience department 
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above with a focus in Business Administrations, management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience / Customer Journey, experience in automotive industry is an advantage
• Recent / Fresh graduates are also welcomed and will be considered as Assistant - Customer Journey
• Familiar with project management approaches, tools and project life cycle
• Passionate the automotive industry and familiar with the market
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Extremely proactive and self-motivated
