Job Description

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell overseas properties
- Provide high quality of pre-sale and post-sale services to clients
- Provide professional property and tenancy consulting services to clients
- Develop & maintain relationship with customers
- Discover potential clients and market
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentation and leasing particulars
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities
- Support ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- No EAA License is required
- 0-3 years of relevant experiences
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- A good team-player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well under pressure, highly motivated to outreach goals and targets
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Required to work on weekends and holidays
