Reporting to Building Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for operation and maintenance of the E & M system of a commercial development. He/She is to assist in the implementation of environmental and energy saving projects, supervise contractors and in-house technicians to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, handle enquiries on all E & M-related issues and prepare technical reports.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of design or maintenance experience or A&A project management
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
