Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Meeting with customers and handling customer enquiries & complaints.
• Make accurate cost calculations, provide customers with quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Assist in business development and analysis.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• May require to travel overseas.
• Ad hoc task as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any or related discipline.
• One (1) year experience in Telecom and/or Data Centre market. Candidates with less or no experience will be considered as Graduate Trainee.
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, knowledge of other language is a definite asset.
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must have the desire to learn and to sell.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office.

Training Objective:

• To learn the Hong Kong and International Telecom Market.
• To understand the operations of a Colocation and Data Centre.
• To acquire the knowledge and skills for handling business and relationship with customers within the industry.
• To acquire the knowledge and skills for assisting and solving problems for customers on operational and technical matters.

Training Method: 

• On-the-job training in various aspects of the company including Sales and Marketing, Customer Services, Business Development, Public Relations, Operations, Administration and Technical Support.
• Follow-up of routine operations, administration & technical support.
• Visiting and meeting clients.
• Attending various trade fairs and business events.
• Participating in meetings and gatherings.
