Responsibilities:

• PASP and ASP processing, sales transactions and after-sales follow-up
• Planning and execution of logistics for sales launches
• Compilation of sales-related reports and materials
• Communication and coordination with real estate agents for sales activities
• Co-ordination with internal and external parties for operational requirements
• Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
• General sales-related administrative works, etc.
• Ensure compliance with departmental Standard Operation Procedures(SOPs)
• Handle sales launch activities, agent briefing and build rapport with sales agents

Requirements:

•   Degree holder with at least 8 years of frontline sales experience with major local  developers and/or real estate consultancies
•   Knowledge of First-hand Residential Property Sale Ordinance
•   Strong coordination skills and execution ability
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
•   Service-oriented with good customer skills
•   Positive and pro-active, committed to meeting targets
•   Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
