Accountabilities and activities

• Process policy administration issues accurately and within targeted turnaround time
• Monitor and ensure all cases are assessed and evaluated against the terms of the policy and conform to regulatory compliance in order to safeguard the interests of customers and company
• Verify data from various daily, monthly report to ensure high accuracy rate of processing
• Ensure questionable applications are rejected or filtered for further attention, by administering the policy administration procedures
• Create and maintain all customer related records
• Prepare and distribute contract, medical card and fulfillment package
• Follow up requests from customer and internal department within targeted turnaround time
• Work closely with Manager to manage the team and to keep track of work volume
• Handle ad hoc projects



To be successful in the position, you should have

• Educational level of F.5 or above
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Proficiency in MS office applications (preferably advance in MS Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Preferably 2-3 years' relevant experience in policy administration in medical/life insurance areas.
• Preferably Pass in IIQA Exam (Paper 1 and II) or relevant qualifications 
• Basic Medical knowledge (diagnosis, procedures)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
• Typing skills 40-50WPM
• Demonstrated ability to deal with customers
• High levels of integrity and trust
