Their commercial team is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to bring in new accounts and grow existing accounts in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities and converting leads into new business.
• Developing and managing clients within the financial services space, through business planning, meetings, and proper client servicing.
• Being the main contact point for clients and seniors.
• Managing and leading a small team Business Development team, providing guidance and training,

Key Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in a Sales/Business Development role, ideally within financial services, or with a strong knowledge of the market in Hong Kong.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Proactive, result driven and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
