Our client is a well-known Japanese manufacturing company. Their business mainly focused on manufacturing automobile.

Job Description

-Daily coordination with suppliers & customers & carrier
-Process order with accuracy
-Monitor shipping schedule by daily
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Support documentation and filing
-Report & budget preparation
-Business trip & facilitate TV conference is necessary

Person specification

-HKDSE or above
-At least 1 year of coordination experience in Trading company
-Automobile industry is preferred
-Well-organized, detailed & proactive mind, good time management, patient and willing to learn
-Business level in English and Mandarin
-Japanese speaking is a plus
-No hesitation on negotiation and verbal/written communication skills are required
-Good computer skills (Excel - Pivot Table & VLOOKUP/Word/PowerPoint)
