Job Summary

Support Engineering and R&D team's operation and administrative tasks.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with laboratory for Lab Test quotation and lead time.
• File Test Reports and tested samples.
• Arrange delivery of Wear Test Samples from Dongguan Office to the US and prepare corresponding shipping documents
• Maintain Quotation Product Specification (QPS) form database
• Update related reports and templates, such as prototype milestone summary report, authorized movement list, General Acceptance Requirements supplementary
• Issue purchase order through the SAP system
• Provide administrative / technical support to the team

Job Specifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• Proven 3 to 4 years track record of Engineering, Quality and/or New Product experience
• Experience in manufacturing of watch components would be a definite advantage
• Skillful in using Autocad and ability to validate technical drawings vs prototypes
• Occational visit to China's supplier to follow up projects
