Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as an interface between external customers and internal departments (including with Europe) to provide timely feedback and create customer satisfaction
- Provide information to the customer during the project, especially if there are delays or changes to the testing process, and send out of consolidated reports
- Provide customer support in regards to project details e.g. questions on final test reports and project overview and status
- Assist in Internal cross-departmental and cross-locational project coordination of tender quotation, test plan creation and technical documentation review for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor project milestone, check-points and agreed feedback times of the locations
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in any disciplines
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in Laboratory Industry
- Experienced in Customer Services field is beneficial
- Excellent MS Office skills is required
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, German is a plus
- Responsible, patient and customer-oriented
- Ability in project and time management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, to handle crisis situations and balance several tasks simultaneously.
- Fresh graduates with proactive attitude are also welcome
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
- Working location: Kwai Chung (near Kwai Hing MTR Station)
