Job Description
This position is to support the order fulfillment within Bridgestone Aircraft Asia business. Direct contact internal stakeholder within the organization and freight forwarding and third party logistics company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily logistics activities including inbound and outbound shipment arrangement for our Asia pacific customers.
- Provide administrative support such as document filing, scanning, and documents distribution.
- Import and Export Custom Declaration.
- Provide shipping and logistics documentation.
- Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the team manager.
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduates / HKDSE or above
- Good command in Chinese, Mandarin and Fair English.
- Knowledge in MS word, MS excel and Trade link
- 2 years or above working experience, preferably in supply chain/logistics/order management
- Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime
- Temporary contract, and may have the chance to transfer to a permanent position after end of contract
Office Hour:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30-17:30
