Job Requirements

• Degree in International Business/Logistics/Economic/English or equivalent preferred
• Good knowledge on international commodity trade is essential, min 2 years relevant working experience
• Prior experience in stainless steel and other metal material trading is highly valued
• Proficient in MS Office Excel & Word
• Experience in Oracle or other ERP systems
• Good communication and team work cooperation, ability to adapt to diverse work cultures
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese,  in both spoken and written (in order to liaise with Chinese associates)
• Occasional business trips to China

Job Responsibilities

•  Responsible for trade related support activities, including checking of contract clauses, execution of contracts, documents collection and submission etc.
•  Assist sales manager with suppliers/customers for payment arrangement, cargo tracking, etc.
•  Liaise with banks for LC application and bank negotiation. Ensure full compliance of LC documentation.
•  Coordinate with various parties for shipping arrangement, export document preparation and shipping document flow.
•  Ensure timely and accurate recording of trade data into Oracle and preparation of internal reports.
• Work with finance team for processing of invoice and bill payments.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management
