Responsibilities:

• Handle full set import & export shipping & banking documents and custom declaration independently
• Make shipment bookings, ensure cargo is delivered and shipped on time, data entry, verification of data and filling
• To work closely with freight forwarders, merchandising team, purchasing team, factory and customers for shipping arrangement
• To communicate with customer’s shipping / logistics department for the arrangement of special documents for different customers
• To assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned
• To provide administrative work and clerical support to the team

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years working experience in trading / manufacturing industries
• Good organization skill, mature, able to work under pressure with good team spirit
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (included Mandarin)
• Have sold knowledge of MS office
• Immediately available is highly preferred

5.5 days (Alternate), Double pay, Medical, Annual leave, Bonus
