Job Description
Our client, a global ship management firm, is seeking for a high-calibre talent to support their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall administration related to ship management service such as:-
- Arrange boarding and disembarking of crews
- HR administration related to crews including employment, promotion, appraisal, reviewing wage scale and allowances, planning welfare programs as well as training
- Plan and control expenses related to crews
- Monitor any changes of international regulations related to business
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of office working experience, preferably gained from Japanese company.
- Exposure on HR duty is not a must but an advantage.
- Hands-on administration experience of preparing reports such as project budget, expense or sales figure etc. is required.
- Business level English and Japanese
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication skill to deal with different stake holders.
