RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate S&OP / Forecasting process for assigned business units and resolve issues timely with key stakeholders
• Generate and review MRP Vs sales & demand forecasting, take necessary order replenishment and follow up
• Follow the current forecasting template for creating forecasts at the item level, utilizing statistical algorithms
• Monitor related supply & demand situation
• Perform analysis to facilitate inventory control and drive improvement
• Optimize the inventory & operations efficiency to meet company targets
• Maintain master data in SAP on regular basis
• Prepare management report on forecast planning, inventory analysis and etc.
• Conduct ad hoc task or project assigned by Team Leader
• Work location: Chai Wan

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years solid experience in demand / supply planning but fresh graduated will also be considered
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel & Word) and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in MRP and SAP 
• Experience in S&OP process
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, well-organized and able to work independently
