Duties:

• Perform sales order processing - issue purchase order, goods receive, sales order, delivery notes, invoice etc through SAP;
• Coordinate & follow up with customers, transportation companies and factories to arrange delivery on timely basis; 

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained from FMCG sector;
• Experience in handling of shipping documents;
• Familiar for processing HK customs & Trade-link declaration is a plus;
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin;
• Experience in SAP is a definite advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
