Responsibilities:

• Control order fulfillment in Inbound/Outbound with right quantity, high accuracy and productivity
• Assist management to collect data for analysis and report purposes, and initiate continuous improvement if appropriate
• Handle daily email communication/request with external customers
• Maintain accurate data updated on system and documentation
• Provide operations support to warehousing team and management
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to assist warehouse operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ related working experience in warehouse or logistics function & with supervisory experience is a must 
• Good service mindset
• Well-organized and attention to details
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
