Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with local suppliers & agents for booking arrangement.
- Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing orders and prepare daily shipment report.
- Coordinate with operations staff for flight booking arrangement.
- Handle customer’s enquiries & complaints.
Requirements:-
- HKCEE / HKDSE / HIGHER DIPLOMA or above.
- 1 year related working experience in freight forwarder / logistics industry is preferable (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks.
- Team oriented and able to work independently.
- Immediate available.
