Our client is one of the leading indoor urban farming company in Singapore, they are going to setup production facility in Hong Kong and seeking high caliber professionals to join their winning team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage grow room activities and ensure safety measures are in place and compliance
• Lead Operations Teams to achieve operational excellence, including facility maintenance and productivity of farm
• Supervising operators to meet daily production schedules, ensure safety standards and product quality been meet accordance to company regulation and requirement.
• Oversee facility construction, equipment installations and commissioning of equipment / facilities to commence farm operations
• Coordinate and control production activities, including control of production process and production facilities.
• Implement and fulfill production plan/targets and supervise employees engage in manufacturing process.
•  Responsible for training of production personnel

Requirements

• Skills: Diploma or above, with at least 3 years experience in production management, experience in food industry is highly preferred
• With knowledge in food industry, ISO and 5S management
• Hard working, enthusiastic and can work under pressure
• Hands on MS Excel / Word / PPT & Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of Cantonese & English
