Job Description
Key Accountability & Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PL operations in the Hong Kong Distribution Center
- Conduct 3PL Performance review versus agreed KPIs
- Define operating standards (in conjunction with Logistics colleagues in other areas) and ensure compliance
- Plan transport & warehousing operations with Logistics partners. Assure capacity availability to meet business objectives and expedite orders efficiently
- Maintain relevant master data and contract information
- Release Purchase Orders for Intake Stock working with the UK
- Manage freight for regional intake including all associated paperwork, reporting, customs clearance and documentation
- Prepare and achieve budgets and manage discretionary costs
- Approve invoices versus contracted rates
- Communicate on key risks and develop mitigation plans
- Design and implement appropriate solutions for new customers, new channels and / or new countries
- Work with product suppliers to optimise service levels and total cost to serve
Performance Indicators:
- Budgets established and managed
- Processes documented and adhered to
- Relevant contracts in place and KPIs reviewed regularly
- Orders expedited and costs controlled as required
- Annual financial, service and volume objectives met
- Projects delivered on time and in budget
- Regional priorities successfully incorporated alongside global priorities

- Autonomous: with a manager in the UK, working in autonomy and in close liaison with local teams is crucial
- Responsible & accountable: a self-starter who takes initiative and is a trusted subject matter expert
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience within Retail omni-channel logistics / managing third party logistics providers (warehousing and freight)
- Fluency in English is a must; Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, global business managing stakeholders at all levels
- Competent in MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
