Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the shipping team and manage the follow area:-
Shipping
-
Supervise the team in handling the routine shipping process, including HK truck arrangement, freight forwarder, custom handling
-
Monthly monitor Period-end shipment
-
Establish and revise procedure for plant logistics team
-
Prepare logistics spending / saving report and period end cut off reports to Management
-
RMA document handling for shipping
-
Custom declaration including China and overseas shipment, by using Tradelink system
3PL Warehouse
-
Develop logistics operation and processes for warehouse
-
Performance monitoring and enhancement
-
Regularly establish the KPI goal with 3PL warehouse to achieve better on time shipment and accuracy to customers
-
RMA return performance measurement
Development & Improvement
-
Work with plant, forwarders & truckers to reduce logistics cost
-
Work with IT to improve shipping system support
-
Improve existing process by working with IT and Plants to enhance high efficiency
-
Work balancing and support for whole team

Handle internal & external audit
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree with min. 5 years of experience in Logistics field, preferred in HK/ China shipping field
-
Logistics experience in PCB Electronics Industry is advantage
-
Experience and expertise with sourcing ERP tools
-
Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-
Occasionally travel to China is required.
