Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to General Manager
- Lead the HR & Administration team in maintaining accurate staff records and overseeing recruitment process, payroll preparation and administrative functions
- Monitor the implementation of Group HR and Administration policy
- Plan and conduct staff movement
- Effective management in staff development and relationship
- Maintain performance management and handle staff discipline
- Conduct compensation and benefit analysis
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in HR or related discipline
- Officer grade or above, a minimum of 7 years’ supervisor role in HR management
- Have exposure to HR functions, such as recruitment, C&B, payroll, employee relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, good knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skill and strong leadership; effective team player; responsible, willing to learn and details oriented
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
