Job Responsibilities:

• Review, define and be responsible for the Technical Cleaning Procedure in order to maintain the cleanliness level of the cleanroom
• Work with factory CCT to publish Technical Cleaning time-table and frequency, and ensure that the cleaning schedules are adhered to
• Review, define and be responsible for the ESD Protocol to be adhered at each factory site
• Work with factory functional team to publish ESD Audit time-table and frequency
• Regular review of ESD audit discrepancies and work with factory functional team to correct discrepancies and prevent recurrence
• Review internal contamination controls regularly from CCT (Contamination Control Team) and MSL (Material Science Lab) in order to optimize and improve the cleanliness level of our product as a group
• Review regularly with customer’s contamination control and ESD specialists on cleanliness/ESD roadmap and requirement
• Act as Belton’s focal point of contact to external parties with regards to cleanliness requirement, contamination and ESD control
• Must be in touch with current technology and roadmap available in the market to keep pace with stringent customer’s cleanliness requirement

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience for which 5 years or more at managerial level (preferably experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing)
• Independent, passionate, and customer-oriented
• Strong strategic and managerial mindset
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to Southern China and Thailand Factories is required
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Corporate Senior Engineering Manager - ESD & Contamination Control
