Responsibilities:

• To lead a team to process delivery orders daily, prepare picking lists and delivery notes, verify cargo in out and prepare related documents.
• To maintain accurate records in system.
• To coordinate daily operation between various departments, ensure customer satisfaction of service quality.
• To handle customers’ inquiries and suggest appropriate responses.
• To evaluate and drive improvement of business process.
• To handle other function and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5 years or above experience in logistics operation, in which at least 2 years in management roles.
• Proficient in computer knowledge, such as advanced Excel functions and ERP systems.
• A good team player with sound communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Location: Tsuen Wan 

Working hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
