Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the corporate quality assurance group; define the corporate quality strategy and the group’s Quality Management System, communicate and co-ordinate implementation
• Monitor total quality activity to ensure that the group's products and services are meeting internal and external quality expectations
• Promote Quality Excellence Initiative and drive quality performance improvement throughout the group
• Evaluate the results of quality assurance activities and prepare recommendations for the Senior Management
• Monitor Quality Matrices and liaise with functional management to ensure that performance targets are achieved
• Employ and deploy QA personnel, nurture  and educate staff to attain the right competency and skill-set
• Inculcate the value of lessons learnt, mistake proofing and preventive focus for a continuous improvement culture mindset

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 15 years’ solid quality experience in Hard Disk Drive field preferably in manufacturing environment
• Fully experienced in quality assurance, with at least 8 years at senior management level
• Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
• Solid experience in managing ISO, Lean Manufacturing and various Quality Management Systems
• Strong leadership skills and able to drive the team to achieve goals
• Good team player, independent and proactive
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
