Job Description

Responsibilities:

Marketing Plan & Communications (40%)

  • Keep HFM Marketing Plan update based on strategic priorities & key initiatives
  • Organization of marketing activities in line with the HFM Marketing Plan to increase brand awareness internally and externally
  • Provide support to HFM entities on demand to set-up local marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and execute digital online Marketing Campaigns via different channels, e.g. GoogleAds
  • Prepare and control the marketing budget
  • Propose and help implement marketing programs and promotional campaigns on HFM marketplaces
  • Provide monthly and quarterly marketplace sales reports to management team and key managers
  • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behaviour, campaign response, web analysis/research
  • Work with Corporate Communications team in the development of content for brands’ Web sites including copy, merchandising, banners and promotions

Business Development (35%)

  • Marketing research: Identify and generate qualified DataBase for prospecting sales
  • CW1 CRM Management as a main tool for sales activity
  • Create all marketing tools aligned with HFM Design to support sales: brochures, advertisements, presentations, merchandising, etc
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve marketplace sales/marketing targets

 Generate Brand & Service Awareness (25%)

  • Position HAVI as an attractive employer through diverse Marketing initiatives and communication internally and externally through Employer Brand Activities
  • Define, Design and deploy the local marketing plan to position the brand in the local market
  • Prepare and execute specific Marketing Campaigns
  • Digital channels (content and performance), e.g. GoogleAds, Online Media, etc
  • Social media contents and analytics
  • Ensure HFM Asia employees’ awareness of HAVI branding
  • Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Good analytical skills & marketing research skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal and multi-media
  • Understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices as they apply to Freight & Logistics
  • Proficiency with different social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B brands via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn is a plus
  • Highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient
  • Team player, ability to work well and be flexible within HFM Asia and other departments
  • Creative problem solver, strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Expertise knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • 3-5 years work experience in Marketing and B2B Sales & Business Development or in a similar marketing role
  • Digital marketing tools knowledge

Desirable : Knowledge of Logistics

Qualification: 

Bachelor degree in BA (Supply Chain & Logistics, Marketing), Desirable:  Master degree
