Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide demand forecasting for all products distributed directly or via distributor partners
- Drive Sales & Operation meeting with Country Sales/Marketing/Finance/Distributors to achieve consensus forecast and its data analysis
- Maintain optimal stock level with Regional supply team for supporting a profitable financial statement
- Formulate the long term planning of 5 years projection in sales demand and consolidate the forecast into scheduling purchasing plans for supply divisions
- Monitor, track and drive Supply Chain Management metrics
- Communicates or bridge with internal colleagues (including Management, Business partners, support functions, regional SCM team and internal suppliers), external vendors/suppliers & distributors
Requirement:
- Degree in Business/Logistic
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain Planning
- Familiar with SAP and advance excel
- Able to response the changes in customer requirements and interact well with internal and external personnel at all levels
- Having analytical skills & capable in data mining and report analysis
