Job Description

1. Build and maintain business relationship with assigned key accounts for long term partnership and revenue growth
2. Coordinate with key stakeholders to drive new business development and implementation.
3. Conduct regular business review meeting to ensure operation excellence and customer experience.
4. Upsell / cross-sell to expand the revenue profile and share of wallet.
5. Regular update pipeline status and market intelligence.
6. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirement:

1. Degree holder in Business, Logistics or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years key account management and development, preferably in logistics / transportation industry.
3. Familiar with the cross border eCommerce industry is an added advantage.
4. Self-motivated with strong sense of tasks ownership.
5. Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
6. Candidates with more experience will be considered for post of Senior Key Account Manager.
