Job Description
Job Duties
l Prepare and input journal entries into the accounting system;
l Assist in account receivable, payable and bank reconciliation;
l Support daily operations of the Accounts and Finance Dept.;
l Maintain proper filing system;
l Handle administrative tasks of Accounts and Finance Dept.;
l Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
l Diploma or above in accountancy / LCCI intermediate level
l At least 1-2 years related experience;
l Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
l Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage;
l Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and able to meet deadline;
l Immediate available is highly preferred
l Fresh Graduate is also considered.
