Our client is developing her nutritional business in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.  This Sales Education Manager is an important role in this signatificant expansion of business in Great China.

Responsibilities:

• According to departmental objectives and annual nutrition training development programs to develop product strategy and planning
• Formulate, implement and evaluate nutrition training programs (including new products, other products) to enhance the sales force's health knowledge and sales skills, and promote the development of nutritional products company sales targets
• Formulate and implement the skin care products combine nutrition promotion activities
• Develop and refine sales training tools
• Through the existing communication channels to deliver effective message to sales team

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• At least 6 years Cosmetics / Health Nutrition Sales Training experience in which at least 2 years experience gain from direct selling industry and 3 years in team management
• Professional knowledge of nutritional supplements
• Good presentation and communication Skill; and training development ability
• Experience in PRC is a plus
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Detail orientated with creativity and dynamic
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office
