Job Description

職責

協助融資市場的開拓，包括拓展融資管道、搭建融資平臺、制定融資方案、體現融資過程等
負責與銀行及其他金融機構協調對接融資事宜
編制銀行貸款匯總報告、現金流量預測報告、年度資金預算及每月投融資金需求計畫
負責公司融資路演之籌備，資料準備以及路演安排等工作

要求

會計或財務相關專業本科或以上學歷
必須持有特許金融分析師資格
至少15年企業融資或 / 及銀行的工作經驗，並備有處理國債的相關經驗
善長與銀行往來聯繫
能獨立處理路演
