The primary responsibility of this position is to provide all finance related supports to the designated aircraft in a way to make sure the smooth and accurate accounting record to achieve objectives being set out by the senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting issues of the designated aircraft
• Provide daily accounting support including preparation of invoices, credit notes, cheques, payment and receipts, journal voucher and general ledger
• Provide timely and comprehensive accounting and management reports of the designated aircraft for management review
• Prepare accounting reports, statistical and other reports as required by the management or customers
• Follow up the overdue accounts
• Resolve disputed invoices with clients via collaboration with internal teams
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing & reporting
• Assist in external audit
• Recommend to the Manager Finance for any process improvement opportunities for efficiency, control & compliance enhancement
• Any ad hoc assignments as deemed necessary from direct

Job Requirement:

• Full time Bachelor degree, ideally in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Min 2 years of accounting experience in a commercial firm
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and knowledgeable in SAP B1 is preferable
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Mature, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Take initiative to report the progress and proactively suggest ways of improvement
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
