Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Handle daily accounting and online banking functions
-Prepared daily bank and trust reconciliation
-Monitor daily cash position and arrange funds transfer for trust money segregation
-Arrange payment to clients/ vendors and daily settlement funding
-Follow up payable to counterparties and related matters
-Handle account receivable and payable process
-Perform general accounting duties and prepared monthly reporting package
-Liaise with banks for deposit rates
-Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
-2 year of securities firm experience or financial industry is preferred
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
-Good Knowledge of MS Office applications
-Detail-oriented and responsible
