Our client is a leading and reputable property developer in Hong Kong.  They are now looking for a FP&A talent to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in company's corporate financial accounting management and control for its HK business
• Provide analytical insights on budget control and funding forecast 
• Perform variance analysis, review, cost allocation 
• Work closely with other departments to provide timely management information and financial analysis reports at Board level
• Prepare and consolidate KPI reports and provide recommendation for local business planning
• Handle ad hoc assignments as per operational and managerial needs

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• At least 6 years relevant experience with Global Retailer
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to work under pressure
• Meticulous and well organised with excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Less experience will be consider as Senior Officer
