The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will assist in supervising the day-to-day office administration routines.  He/She will administer full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relations, training and development.  He/She also requires providing general support services to the General Manager

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with major in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years or above experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality  industry;
• Well conversant with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other related legislations of HKSAR;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Mature, meticulous, service-oriented, with good leadership skills and ability to work independently under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• A mastery of computer applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available is preferred.
