Job Description
This job holder will be reporting to Accountant, the job holder is responsible for:
- Inputting data of cheques received and issuing receipts
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bank-in slip for cheques depositing
- Preparing AR related vouchers with matching the POS / Bank slip records
- Supporting the preparation of schedule and other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Secondary Graduate and with LCC intermediate level
- With a minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Expect to work closely with salesman and frontline staff
- Ability to work independently, meet daily deadlines and take ownership of his/her work product
- Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese typing is preferred
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
