Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all Finance and accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variance
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local and all sites’ reporting requirements and tax filings regulations
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
• Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information
• Offer business advice base on financial analysis
• Motivate and lead finance team members across the group by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant/CPA/ACCA/HKICPA/Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years finance & accounting experience and manufacturing industry, big 4 and MNC background would be a plus
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Knowledge in China, Malaysia, UK and Mexico accounting practice and tax regulations would be a credit
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills, honesty, integrity and reliability
• Management experience with excellent leadership skill
• Willing to travel 50% of time
