The job holder is responsible to control the operation process of our satellite kitchen and to ensure the operations are smooth and reach the hygiene requirements set by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for goods receiving, housekeeping, preparation and meal dishout handling.
• Control the dishout schedule to match with the delivery schedule.
• Supervise the staff to handle the dishout operation.
• Control and maintain the entire facilities housekeeping schedule and performance.
• Assist to execute the safety & hygiene regulations.
• Arrange and provide on-the-job training new staff.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Production or related desciplines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel etc.
• Experience in handling or involved in Food Production is a definite advantage.
• Shift duty is required.
• With less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor.
