Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for Accounts Payable functions including follow up and check of subcontracting fee, prepare payment voucher, issue debit note/ credit note
- To provide clerical support including data input for the Department
- To perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Holder of LCC&I Higher Diploma / Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge in MS office and computerized accounting software, familiar with ERP system is highly preferable
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
- Accounting exposure in toys industry or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and meet the tight deadline
- 5.5 day workweek
